Our Fall sale will be August 21 and 22, 2009.

Important Information

• Our Volunteer meeting will be Tuesday, July 21 at 7:00 PM. This will be your first opportunity to sign up for shifts and childcare. You will also be able to pick up tags.

• Due to space constraints, the number of tags per consignor will be limited. Each consignor can get up to 200 tags. Within these 200 tags you are limited to no more than 50 "no-half" (blue tag) items. You are limited to no more than 25 small table toys (this does not include books, DVD's, baby equipment, large floor toys, or riding toys).

• We are also limiting the number of tags overall. After that number of tags is given out the remaining tag pick times will be cancelled and no more tags will be given out. Check this website for cancelled tag pick up times.

• All consignors will be receiving new consignor numbers and new tag colors. Please do not use your colored tags left over from a previous sale.

• If you have difficulty printing your labels, we will be glad to print them for you!!! When you are ready for your labels to be printed drop us an email at svccsale@gmail.com and we will print them and leave them in our church lobby. Labels ordered Sunday-Tuesday will be available for pick up on the following Wednesday. Labels ordered Wednesday-Saturday will be available for pick up on the following Sunday.

• You will need to use Avery 8160 labels or a compatible size to print your labels.

• In the past year there have been several toy and equipment recalls due to lead paint concerns. Before adding toys or baby equipment to your inventory sheet, please check www.cpsc.gov to make sure your items have not been recalled. Recently passed laws will not allow us to accept any item that has been recalled.

• We do not accept VHS tapes, games or puzzles (unless new and unopened in the box). We do except wooden tray puzzles. We also do not accept any non-clothing item made of cloth (cloth toys, infant cloth books, Boppies, etc.)

• You now have the option to register for your work shifts on-line. Click on the Forms/Links tab.

• Childcare is limited to children ages 6 months to 12 years and is available at limited shifts. You must pre-register your child by August 12. No drop-ins will be accepted.
