Important Newer Information

We reserve the right to refuse or pull any item at any time (before or during the sale). Any item pulled will be returned to you.

Shoes must be in excellent condition. These will be checked more closely than in the past.

You may now bring children 10 and up to the Volunteer sale. Children under 10 may not come.

Your items must be completed (including tagged) before bringing them into the gym area.

Due to CPS recalls, we will no longer be accepting baby cribs. Before adding toys of baby equipment to your inventory sheet, please check www.cpsc.gov (US Consumer Product Safety Commission) to make sure your items have not been recalled. We can not accept any item that has been recalled. We reserve the right to refuse or pull any item at any time (before or during the sale.) Any item pulled will be returned to you.

Please use AVERY 8160 (or equivalent) labels. If you have difficulty printing your labels, we will be glad to print them for you. Email us at svccsale@gmail.com . We will print them and leave them in our church lobby. Labels ordered Sunday-Tuesday will be available for pick up on the following Wednesday. Labels ordered Wednesday-Saturday will be available for pick up on the following Sunday.

We do not accept VHS tapes, nor do we accept games or puzzles (unless new and unopened in the box.) We do accept wooden tray puzzles. We also do not accept ANY non-clothing items made of cloth (i.e. cloth toys, infant cloth books, dolls, Boppys, etc).

All furniture must be properly assembled at the time of receiving or it will not be accepted.

You now have the option to register for your work shifts on-line beginning Wednesday, February 8. Click on the Forms/Links tab.

Childcare is available at limited shifts only. Childcare will be limited to children ages 6 months to 12 years. You must pre-register your child by February 29, 2012. We will not have staff for your child if you do not pre-register. Drop-in WILL NOT be accepted.
