Sale Schedule for Spring/Summer 2010 sale

This is an excellent opportunity to sell your quality, name brand clothes and other items your children have outgrown and buy clothes they can wear at a reduced price.  At the same time you will be helping families who may be having financial difficulties at this time to clothe their own children through our donations to our chosen charities. 

Volunteer Meeting

Tuesday, February 9 at 7:00 PM at Sycamore View Church of Christ in room 100.

Tag Pick Up

Please note that a limited number of tags will be given out. After that number of tags is given out the remaining tag pick times will be cancelled. Check this website for cancelled tag pick up times.

Saturday, February 13 - 9:00 AM - 12 noon (Outside church auditorium in the lobby)

Sunday, February 14 - 9:30 - 10:30 (Outside church auditorium in the lobby)

Tuesday, February, 16 - 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM (Outside church auditorium in the lobby) CANCELLED

If you plan to pick up tags for someone other than yourself please bring the following information: First and Last name, Mailing Address, Home #, Work #, Email address and password for new automated system.

***Blue tagged items always full price.  All other tagged items will sell for ½ price on Saturday.***

 Tagging Guns may be purchased at Tag Pick up for $12.00 check or cash.

    Volunteers working 4 shifts from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM

Saturday, March 6

    Volunteers  working 2 or more shifts ½ Price Sale 7:00 AM (Blue tagged items are not ½ price)

     Volunteers working 1 shift & Consignors  ½ Price Sale 7:30 AM (Blue tagged items are not ½ price)

Only one shopper per consignor number (No shoppers with you)

No children allowed at the Volunteer or Consignor Sales

Public 1/2 Price Sale

½ Price Sale (Non Blue tagged items only)  - Saturday, March 6 from 8:00 AM until 12:00 PM

Item Pick Up

Saturday, March 6 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM –  Please be prepared to wait approximately 30 minutes to receive your items. Any item not picked up at this time will be donated to charity!!!  No Exceptions!!!
