VOLUNTEER MEETING

Tuesday, July 26, 2011 at 7:00 PM at Sycamore View Church of Christ, Room 100. Come to our short meeting and after the meeting you can pick up your tags, sign up for volunteer shifts and child care. You may pick up tags for other people but you may NOT sign up on Volunteer shifts for other people (this includes family members not present at the meeting). They will need to wait until it becomes available online the next day to sign up for their Volunteer shifts.

TAG PICK-UP Wednesday tag-pick up may be cancelled.  No tags will be given out after Wednesday, August 3, 2011. 

Saturday, July 30, 2011 - 9:00 AM - 12 noon (Outside church auditorium in the lobby)

Sunday, July 31, 2011 - 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM (Outside church auditorium in the lobby)

Wednesday, August 3, 2011 - 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM (Outside church auditorium in the lobby)

***Tagging Guns may be purchased at Tag Pick up for $12.00 check or cash***

If you plan to pick up tags for someone other than yourself please bring the following information: First and Last name, Mailing Address, Home #, Work #, Email address and password for the automated system.

                Volunteers working 2 or 4 shifts 7:00 AM

                Volunteers working 1 shift & consignors 7:30 AM

 **Only one shopper per consignor number (No shoppers with you).
