To become a consignor for our sale you must attend one of our tag pick-up times.
Consignor Information for Fall/Winter 2010 sale * You will receive at least 80% of your selling price if you work one shift with us. You will receive 70% of your selling price if you choose not to work a shift. We will take out only enough to cover our expenses and to assist children through our chosen charities. This is not a fundraiser for our church. This sale is conducted to assist families in our community. * We WILL accept…quality, in style, GENTLY worn children’s fall and winter clothing. (Girls size 0 to 16 and Boys size 0 to 20) and shoes (Girls to size 4 and Boys to size 6.) We will accept school uniforms, pajamas, non-violent costumes, baby equipment, baby furniture, children’s original DVDs in a case (Rated G and PG only), books, large floor toys, outside toys and riding toys, non-violent children’s computer games (Rated E only), children’s CDs & Music tapes, children’s wooden tray puzzles, infant and toddler toys. * We DO NOT accept…cloth toys of any type, maternity clothes, bedding items and room decor, car seats (unless part of a stroller system), stuffed animals, pacifiers, bottles or sippy cups, cloth diapers, diaper bags, or Boppies. We do not accept bibs, socks, hats or hair bows or purses, unless they are part of an outfit and attached to that item. We do not accept open board games or puzzles. * All items must have working batteries. * We reserve the right to refuse any item based on condition, style, seasonal nature, or if the item has been recalled by the US Consumer Product Safety Commission (www.cpsc.gov). We will not accept items that are stained, torn, missing items, or those that smell. Items must be free from animal hair. * You must use our automated system. We can no longer accept hand written tags. Detailed information on how to participate in our automated program is available on this website. Before entering your clothes on line you should arrange them in size order and separate them by Boys and Girls. Non clothing items should be entered last. One label per item should be printed and placed on your tags vertically (up and down.) Items must be priced in .50 increments and we will accept no item priced under $1.00. You will need to use Avery 8160 labels or a compatible size. Please bring a printed copy of your inventory sheet with you when you drop off your items. If you have difficulty printing your labels, we will be glad to print them for you!!! Send us an email at svccsale@gmail.com and we will print them and leave them in our church lobby. Labels ordered Sunday – Tuesday will be available for pick up on the following Wednesday. Labels ordered Wednesday – Saturday will be available for pick up on the following Sunday. * Our 1/2 price sale is on Saturday, August 28. Any special items that you do NOT want to sell for ˝ price that day will require a blue tag. We will accept no more than 50 blue-tagged items per consignor. Blue tags will also require a sticker corresponding with your 1/2 price tag color. We will provide you with tags and stickers. Remember – Blue tagged items will be full price through out the sale. All other tags will be ˝ price on Saturday only! * All clothing must be safety pinned on STURDY WIRE hangers. Do not use clip hangers. If an outfit has two pieces, pants can not be hung under shirts. Hooks must be turned to the left when facing the item. Any item that falls from the hanger with a gentle pull will be rejected. You will be required to tag your own items. Clothes should be tagged with a tagging gun in the selvage/seam of the LEFT sleeve or on the left side of the pants waist. Matching socks, hats, etc. may be safety pinned to the front of the item it goes with. Tags on non-clothing items must be firmly attached with tape at the top and bottom of the tag. We are not responsible for lost tags. * The tagging gun WILL MAKE A HOLE IN YOUR CLOTHES THAT IS NOT REPAIRABLE. Only put the needle in the selvage/seam. * All shoes must be in zipper top bags. Tags should be taped or tagged with a tagging gun inside the shoe bag. * We limit the number of small table toys to 25 per consignor. * Any items not picked up by 7:00 PM on Saturday, August 28 will be donated to charity THERE IS NO EXCEPTION TO THIS. A list of charities we support is available upon request.  * Only one shopper per consignor number (No shoppers with you).
